Business Administration: Management Information Systems and Music Technology
With experience in a professional studio at Foothill College, I have refined my skills in miking bass, guitar, drums, piano, and vocals; utilizing these skills with Avid Pro Tools and an Avid S6 mixing interface to produce high-quality audio recordings. Beyond studio recording, I have learned how to mix immersive audio in a Dolby ATMOS professional studio, gained invaluable game audio skills with WWise, FMOD, and Unity, and live audio experience in a band - including setting up PA systems, routing audio, and mixing audio.
Pursuing my degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) will allow me to combine my technical and creative background with data-driven information systems. My goal is to analyze trends, provide insights, and develop solutions that enhance decision-making processes. I am passionate about leveraging my diverse skill set to create innovative solutions for improving our businesses, communities, and cities.
During the pandemic, I had the rewarding experience of teaching online music classes to thirty elementary school students, introducing them to the recorder and music theory. This experience reinforced my love for music and my desire to share it with others. I’m a lifelong learner with a decade of experience playing the clarinet, two years playing saxophone, five years singing and playing piano, and four years playing ukulele. I love to create art, including three years of photography and six years of music production.
